ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
Due to our products being made to order processing will take 5-7 business days. Once your package ships via USPS you should expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday, not including weekends & holidays. Tracking information will be sent to the email address presented at checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email (acobiorganics@gmail.com). If your order has not shipped yet, we will be able to fix it and send your package to the correct address! If your order has shipped to the incorrect address and is returned back to us we will reach back out to you to inform you. You will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have your order sent to the correct address. In the event that your package is delivered to the incorrect address & is not returned to us, we WILL NOT issue a refund. Please pay close attention to the shipping address you enter at checkout!

LOCAL PICKUPS
All local pickups are processed the same as orders shipped, 5-7 business days. Once your order is ready, all local pickups must pickup packages within 1-3 business days of pickup notification email. If you do not pick up your order within 1-3 business days and don’t reach out to us regarding other arrangements via email, your items will be added back into our inventory and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! **Please make sure the email you provide during checkout is one you check frequently**
LOST PACKAGES
ACOBI Organics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your tracking status changes to “delivered”. If your tracking status changes to “delivered” and have not receive your package, PLEASE contact USPS.
